Quality Assurance

Quality, gated and documented

Five quality gates from receiving dock to final inspection, IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 workmanship, and a document pack that survives customer audits. First-pass yield ≥99%, on-time delivery ≥98%.

Process standards

Standards we build to

Acceptance criteria are written into the traveler, so what your inspector checks matches what our line was told to build.

Standards start at goods-in

The standards we build to — and how they land in your build

IPC-A-610 Class 2 is the default acceptance class on every quote; Class 3 is scheduled on request. The table below maps each standard to what actually happens on the floor.

Quality gates

Five gates between your files and the courier

Each gate has a defined check, a record and a hold point — defects stop where they start instead of surfacing at final test.

Gate 5, final inspection

Boards are checked against the light before packing

Workmanship, test results and the document pack are verified at the last gate; the Certificate of Conformance is issued per shipment.

  • Gate 1 · Incoming: bare boards and consigned parts vs IPC-A-600 and your data sheet.
  • Gate 2 · SPI 100%: paste volume, height and alignment caught before placement.
  • Gate 3 · Post-placement: first-article plus in-line polarity, value and offset checks.
  • Gate 4 · AOI + X-ray: 100% AOI after reflow; 100% X-ray on every BGA and QFN.
  • Gate 5 · Final: workmanship, test records and document pack verified before packing.

Hidden joints, imaged

100% X-ray on BGA and QFN — not sampled

Ball-grid-array and QFN joints hide under the package, so sampling is a guess. Every hidden joint on every board is X-rayed, and the images attach to the traceability file that ships with your CoC — ask to see them with your next build.

ESD · MSD · Traceability

Two parallel programs: static and moisture

Component damage is mostly invisible at final test — so it is prevented at the bench and the cabinet, not inspected in afterwards.

ESD to ANSI/ESD S20.20

Grounded benches, wrist straps and ESD flooring run across SMT, DIP, coating and packing — one program, audited, not a sign at the door.

MSD to J-STD-033

Moisture-sensitive devices live in dry cabinets below 5% RH; MSL 1–6 floor-life clocks are tracked with humidity indicator cards and bake-back records.

Batch-level traceability

Component lots and date codes are linked to the build record, and a Certificate of Conformance travels with every shipment.

Audit document packs

PPAP Level 1–3 packs for automotive-aligned programs and DHR-style documentation for medical programs, provided under your audit workflow.

Certificates & compliance

Papers you can call in

Issued and audited: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 (certificate scans below). IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 are supported as aligned workflows with PPAP Level 1–3 / DHR-style documentation under customer-led audits — scope letters available on request. Originals shown in person or by video audit any time.

ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate

ISO 9001:2015

Quality management system — audited and renewed on cycle.

CE conformity declaration for assembled electronics

CE

Conformity support for finished assemblies entering the EU market.

RoHS compliance certificate

RoHS / REACH

Restriction-of-hazardous-substances compliance for every build.
