About Saturn
Saturn (Shenzhen) Industrial Co., Ltd. runs 3,200 m² of manufacturing space in Bao'an, Xixiang — a PCBA prototype house that grew into a full EMS: SMT, DIP, conformal coating, box-build and test under one roof.
Fourteen years of electronics manufacturing show up in the headcount: about 120 people, of whom 15+ are process and quality engineers. They are the reason 300+ new part numbers reach our floor every year without the first-pass yield moving — it holds at ≥99%, with on-time delivery at ≥98%.
We stay sized for high-mix, low-to-mid volume work: 4 SMT lines and 2 DIP lines that a single engineer can follow from quote to shipment.

A named process engineer owns your build from quote to shipment and replies within 1 working day, in your working hours (GMT+8 with overlap arranged). Engineering questions go straight to the engineer — no re-translating through a sales layer.
Communication in Chinese or English. Complaints are answered in 1 working day with an initial 8D report in 5. Your Gerbers and BOM are used only for quoting and production — NDA on request.

Box-build orders run 24–168 h burn-in on our own benches; vibration and thermal-cycling checks happen in the lab across the corridor — results attach to the same traceability file as your CoC. Nothing in this paragraph is outsourced.
